One of the first things I noticed was the location used in the video. It's is first revealed to be a mansion type building and that is kept up throughout the video. This fits the pop music genre as the video is deliberately trying to paint a picture of how Lady Gaga lives her life, and the music itself is quite upbeat and fast pace too.
As well as this, the clothing used in the music video fits the genre as it is shown to be quite 'funky' and 'cool' which is shown through the clothes here. Lady Gaga is in bright eye-catching, unusual latex type clothing which isn't every day clothing.
There are also a lot of props used to coexist with the clothing and costumes. There are the accessories such as her whacky sunglasses which make it seem more cool as aforementioned. There are also more daring elements such as the playing cards and alcohol.

Additionally there are lots of closeups of the characters, including lip syncing from the actual artist (Lady Gaga). Conversely there are the long shots which allow you to see the location and surroundings which are part of the mise-en-scene.
Lastly, the narrative is a large concept within the music video. Clearly one of the big factors in this video is sexuality, as we see Lady Gaga playing provocative games with both men and women at the party.
